This is definately a kick butt work out. I have the metabilism booster dvd also and love that one as well. This one incorporates weight training for the upper body. All you need are 3 pound weights for this dvd. I will sometime do all the circuts ... more >

I have been working out with this DVD for the past three months and absolutely love it! It is an excellent workout and I can really see a difference, but the best part is SO CAN OTHER PEOPLE!
